Leave A1(M) at Junction 3, exit approximately half a mile beyond the tunnel (keep in the left-hand lane through the tunnel). Leave M1 at Junction 6. At the end of the slip road, turn left onto A405 towards St Albans. At the next roundabout (Noke Hotel on the left), take the second exit signposted Hatfield A414. Leave M25 at Junction 21a. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road, take the first exit signposted St Albans A405. At the next roundabout (Noke Hotel) on the left), take the second exit signposted Hatfield A414. Leave M25 at Junction 22. At the small roundabout at the top of the slip road take the second exit, passing over the Motorway. At the next roundabout, take the third exit A1081 and then continue to the London Colney roundabout. Take the third exit signposted St Albans A1081 (London Road). See * below.
From the London Colney roundabout, continue for approximately 1.5 miles over one roundabout and passing through two sets of traffic lights (2nd set of lights you will pass the Bar Grill Pub on the left). After passing under the railway bridge, turn right at the roundabout into Grosvenor Road, follow the road round and turn right into Ridgmont Road. Ovation House is about 100 yards up on the right hand side with a tall brick wall outside.
Leave the Station by the exit on Platform 4 (on the opposite side of the station to the main booking hall). Exiting the ticket gates turn left through the car park and fork right through the yellow bollards into Ridgmont Road passing the sign for Clare Court. We are approximately 50 yards down on the left, with a tall brick wall outside and a red front door.
